On behalf of your Sister City of Dunfermline Scotland we send our very best wishes and congratulations, to all those who took part in this years Sarasota Sister Cities, Photographic Competition.

We were delighted to take part and see two of our young Carnegie College students honoured as winners.

Earlier this year we held a special reception at the birthplace of Andrew Carnegie to recognise the achievements of both David Giddy and Scott Crichton and once more this provided an opportunity to promote the close relationship that exists between Sarasota and Dunfermline.

As always we look forward to being involved in projects which promote internationalism through the Sister Cities movement and look forward to meeting you all very soon.

Heartiest congratulations to all our Sister Cities family from Treviso, Tel Mond, Hamilton Ontario, Perpignan, Vladimir and Xiamen.
